Varley / Thirsk score 46 points for Tadcaster at Kirkbymoorside
Harry Varley and Eddie Thirsk comfortable won Glencor Golf Holidays CT6 at Kirkbymoorside GC on Sunday with a fantastic 46 points including 7 birdies ! Iain Angus and Jaro Nemeth from Forest Park made 5 birdies in their 43 points to come 2nd, while Alistair Smith and Andy Kemp (Pike Hills) finished 3rd with 42 points having also made 5 birdies. Duncan Bruce and Dave Fogg also shot 42 points (with 2 birdies for Dave) to give Heworth a strong lead score and Darrin Frew and Gary Greenwood (Sandburn Hall) claimed 5th place and the final spot in the Glencor Golf Holidays prize draw with the best of the 41's on countback (despite a blob on the 12th !).
On to Heworth this Sunday for the re-arranged CT1 before a well earned winter break !
